You are Worth your
Time and Energy.
Welcome Friends….I have created this Healing Shop with you in mind. During my journey, I had to learn how to care for myself in a different way than I was ever used too. As the process of self-discovery started to become part of my daily life, I started to focus on my needs a little at a time. One of my biggest needs was trying to find some sort of peace. During these times I was looking for silence, rest, warmth, calmness, relaxation, and finding a place to cry in a safe space is when I started to use these items as tools for healing. I hope that you will take the time to take care of yourself, even if it’s just a few minutes a day. The more you do it, the easier it becomes.
- ~ Finding Peace:
P ~ Prioritize Yourself
E ~Eliminate Stress
A ~ Align with your Mind, Body and Spirit
C ~ Connect with your Inner Child
E ~ Empathy and Love is needed for yourself, from yourself
Taking a bath, you can meditate while you are in this space, allow yourself to clear your mind, spell the fresh relaxing scents of the oils, candles, and salts. This creates a place of calm within you. Try to focus on yourself and think to yourself that each bath is another way to clean your body from the negative energy you have been carrying around with you. Each layer at a time will drain down the pipe never to be seen again. It’s all right if you have many layers ~ I am still shedding mine.
Make sure you dim the lights, bring in some meditation/spa music to allow for a peaceful retreat for these few minutes you care for yourself. If you have a candle lit, look into the flame for about 30 seconds, then shut your eyes and begin to meditate. Focus on the burning flame and keep your eye on that as you allow your mind to let go of the day and stressors all around you.
Learning to open your mind, to feel awake, and a bit rejuvenated. I started washing my face with cold water (not super cold, but not warm). This process was so helpful for me. I liked it so much that I started adding the eye mask under my eyes which is also cold and so refreshing! WoW…try this especially if you are struggling with exhaustion, fatigue and brain fog. The face serum offers the same benefit if you just put a little of this all over your face. Amazing and so eye opening.
The best part of getting out of the bath is having a fresh towel to wrap up in, put your hair in, and then slip into your robe of comfort as you slide your toes into your soft slippers. Talk about warmth and happiness! Literally, this is like my favorite thing in the world.
After you get in your jammies…spray your bedding and pillow with a stress reliever of essential oils. Lavender is my most favorite but use whatever works best for you! When you lay down, you will smell the oils, and your body will start to fall into a peaceful sleep as you curl up in your blanket which offers security, warmth, and bliss.
Goodnight my friend!
